Right now, however, there are even more reasons to trade up. Because, if you trade up between April 1st and November 30th, 2004, you'll receive a $200 per unit rebate for trading in your current mobile computers - whether they're from Symbol or another designated manufacturer (see below for eligible products). This great offer makes the MC9000-G not only an exceptional performer, but also an exceptional value.

How it Works
The total trade-in value will be based on a 1:1 ratio of eligible units traded-in and the number of Symbol MC9000-G units purchased. In other words, the rebate will be paid on the lesser of two quantities: the number of Symbol MC9000-G's purchased, or the number of eligible units submitted for trade-in.

How to Get Your Trade-in Rebate:
After you have purchased your new Symbol MC9000-G mobile computers, you must register for the rebate on this website and complete all the information requested. You MUST register for the rebate online in advance, or your shipment of trade-in units will not be accepted.

Once the form is completed and submitted, it takes approximately 48 hours to receive a Trade-in Merchandise Authorization (TMA) from Symbol via email. This authorization will contain a unique claim number (TMA number), which may be used for acquiring claim status or making subsequent inquiries about your trade-in. If you have been waiting longer than 48 hours from the submission of your claim, please email tradeup@ccionline.biz

Service Contracts for New Products and Service Credit for Trade-in Units
Symbol's Service from the Start service contract is available on the MC9000-G. By establishing a service agreement at the time you purchase your new Symbol mobile computers, you'll appreciate the potential cost and time savings in the event service is required.

If you have a service contract on existing Symbol devices that you plan to trade in for a rebate, you may be eligible for a credit for the outstanding time balance on those units. For additional information please refer to the Official Rules and the FAQ section of this document.

Trade-in Remittance
For customers located in North, Central, and South America, a check will be issued and mailed, payable to the company name provided on the online TMA application.

Allow 6-8 weeks for payment after postmarked date of your trade-in shipment for receipt of payment
